Providing site wide monitoring capability, it communicates data about PV harvesting, generator run times and fuel levels, energy storage capacity and state of health, as well as signaling and alarming capability for supported load circuits, earth leakage detection and about 120 other data points from various site sensors.
Taking on the grunt work of keeping the generator battery charged, the power system provides pass through communications for the site SCADA system, and turning the generator on and off when necessary.
Integrating various power sources like generators and photovoltaic arrays, it stores what it can using LFP battery technology and converts those sources and storage elements into Multiple voltages of DC power. It also provided AC site small power. The system has 30kW of rectifiers for 48V outputs, 3 kW of 12V output, and supports up to 12.8kW of AC output, simultaneously.
It’s extraordinarily robust and powerful; and the installation last week on site went without a hitch!
